Long Time, No Blog
Well, after watching a small video of someone putting together a raw salad, without calling it raw, I came back to visit. I can't believe it's been a month. I know now I will never return to 100% raw, but I must ...absolutely must...become high raw again.
Today I had blueberries, with breakfast and mixed cold veggies with lunch.
I have to do better. I'm going to try for a raw breakfast and dinner with a normal meal for lunch as it is my favorite meal of the day.
I love cheeses, kefir, and baked goods. I don't think I can "forever" live without them and raw versions do not measure up. I LOVE food. All kinds. But I know...that I know...that I know...Raw is best. So I must do better. Tomorrow I begin to try...to do better. Breakfast and dinner, those are my goals.
Oh...and for three days I have done 30 minutes of exercise each day. So, I am on my way to better health and hopefully a lot of weight loss once again.
