WooHoo!!! We got that snow storm I was hoping for. It's not huge - only around 7 inches - but it's far more than we've had lately. The wind is whipping, snow is still falling and schools are closed. It's a good day!!!
Last night I started reading a little on Primal Nature Play. FASCINATING!!!!! Truly, I'm totally engrossed in how awesome this looks. I went out this morning and took a 1-mile walk in the blustery 7-inch snow and then came back and did some primal playing in the yard. I lay down in the snow and did some crunches, did some standing push-ups against a tree, ran, jumped over logs and did some forward rolls. Then I shoveled the driveway. I can't believe how many people had snow blowers out for such a small amount. All-in-all I spent 2 hrs. out there playing and shoveling. I'm not tired at all though my arms are slightly fatigued.
Since DS9 is home we're going to get the housework done and then watch Tuck Everlasting. He read it in school awhile back and they were supposed to watch the movie but never did. Should be fun!
