got on the scale
down 10 lbs. Not weighing regularly, but it has been about 10 days or so and I am shrinking much faster than I had hoped. I know that sounds weird, but I'm not fasting for weight loss. I have been INCREDIBLY busy since I started this and I know my juice intake is not where it should be. I'm getting 1/2-3/4 gal/day. I am going to try to up it to slow weight loss. Over all, I feel pretty good.
