Tired of being tired. Day 1
I have to say that this is not the first time that I have gone Raw before. I have fallen off the bandwagon and it has caught up with me in such an ugly manner, that I have decided to stay Raw. I have been mulling over the information that I received from my doctor this week. I had gone in to get a baseline on my RA. I have been so uncomfortable, achy and just so very tired, it was driving me crazy. I'm usually the go getter, always having energy and having to force my self to relax, because I was always doing something. I have put on weight and I feel like crap, but not for long. I know of the wonderful benefits of being Raw and I don't have a reason not to be healthy, feel good and look good.Oh did I mention that the doctor called me and told me I was extremely Vit. D deficient, So I went and got some Cold Liver Oil, suppose to be good, we'll see. I'm not crazy about taking medication to replace, but I have to work on ways of getting more.
Today I started, by making a list of some vegetables and nut, went to the store and got everything I would be needing to get me started for a few recipes. I'm so excited, but I know that the first week can be a killer. I have to remember that the toxins have to come out so I will feel crappy, but I WILL FEEL BETTER IN THE END:). My husband is lending support so that is good. I have things out and ready to go and Positive Thoughts. My weight as of today is 177. I have also determined that I will bump up my exercise routine. I need to start thinking cycling and I need to kick it into gear with the trainer.
Life is good, and it's about to get better.
