Flax Crackers

I just went to the health food store and bought some flax crackers-mexican flavor. Most of the bag is already gone. I'm topping them with some corn and tomatillo salsa I made last night- SO refreshing! Heres what I did:
-Corn from one cobb
-one tomatillo
-one jalapeno
dice them all up, add a little olive oil and lime juice and BAM haha
