Fast Day 21

Rate this Entry
I woke up with an achey jaw this morning. And my teeth ache too. It is an odd feeling. Today is day 21 of my who knows for how long fast. The fast is going great. I am really enjoying it.

Last night hubby asked me how I was doing and I said great, but you just about killed me on Superbowl Sunday with all of your snacky foods and smells. We are suppossed to go to his parents sometime this month to celebrate birthdays. DS will be 6 on Friday and DD will turn 12 in March. We are combining the two with one visit. I asked hubby to try to delay the visit until March if possible. I might be done fsting then, but who knows. All I know is that I plan on going the whole month of February. I guess if we go while I am still fasting then I will just bring juice and drink, drink, drink.

Still limboing over here, but things are finally starting to happen with the upcoming move. We still don't know where we are going, but should get some prospective places offered in the next couple days. It's sort of a long story, but hubby will be transfering sometime this year. He has to go where they have positions open and we are waiting to find out where they have openings. On Monday one of the "higher ups" called and said that there were five locations that might work but then wouldn't tell him where they were until she spoke with hubby's boss. Ugh! So we are still waiting. If I knew where the locations were I could at least start researching real estate and communities and home school laws and what not, but I can't do anything yet. I am praying that we find out soon.

Ok, enough jibber jabering. Gotta go take a shower and get on with my day.

Great job on your fast so far. I love fasting but sometimes if I fast longer than a week my jaws start hurting and my teeth start feeling loose because they are not getting the work out of chewing. I will sometimes pretend to chew my juice so my mouth still gets a work out. I have also seen another member here who will juice things with their teeth- like take an orange and chew, chew chew then spit out the pulp.

I am hoping that get to move to someplace really nice:)

way to go getting through superbowl! I feel ya - last night my husband was snacking on tortilla chips and the smell was killing me. I made it though :)
Oh - and he made an apple pie and I didn't have any of that either!

Way to go on the fast!!!!! Here's hoping you get to move somewhere really cool. And I didn't realize that you homeschool. That's great. I homeschooled my son for a short while and loved every minute of it.
