Today has to be better than yesterday, it just has to!
Yesterday I consumed nothing but lime water and 2 bananas. The first banana brought on some nausea but a few hours later I had another one and was fine. I'm going to try to eat lightly today. It felt good to get so much sleep though. I was in bed by 8pm and asleep by 9:30pm. I'm feeling okay this morning but then again, I haven't eaten anything yet.
According to my scale I've hit my first goal weight of 170. I won't "officially" count it until tomorrow since it was brought on by not eating. Once the 170 is confirmed I'll reward myself somehow, not sure how yet. My next goal weight is 160.

apple "cereal" w/sunflower mylk (sunflower milk w/a squirt of agave, splash of vanilla, pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon & pinch of nutmeg poured over 1/2 chopped apple, 1/2 chopped banana, 1 tsp. coconut, 1 tsp. sunflower meal)
mixed berry "cereal" w/sunflower mylk
