Foods, I've been keeping it simple:
avos....either guacamole (I made guacamole for Super Bowl) or just plain like I had for dinner last night....just dice, sprinkle with salt, cumin (looooove cumin) and alittle garlic powder and lemon!!! I had 2....yes 2 avos like that last night!!!
GS w/ spinach, blueberries, cherries, banana!!! I forgot yesterday to add in coconut oil, oh well....I'll remember today to add it in!
Drink lots of water....working on that! I forget during the day, and I noticed that I've been thirsty today (maybe the salt on the avo. is haunting me!)
