Kinda been a bit of binge. I don't know what's going on with me?
I guess I should start journaling again to work through what's going on with me. I am wondering if I am going through some stuff emotionally or if I have just gotten myself into an overeating habit and need to break it with the juice feast/fast.
I didn't work out yesterday or today. Yesterday....hubby needed my help right away so, I couldn't and today I had to get down the hill really early so, I didn't have time. That always seems to affect me. Or should I say that working out affects m in a postive way in that I am in an overall better place and tend not to overeat or as much.
Today I went to San Diego w/Charlie "The Horse Sponsor, Client, and Friend" to see the Scerlotherapy Doc and as usual I tend to eat more when I'm around him. He diffently triggers me. He doesn't mean to .... he's really helped us out alot and I couldn't be more Grateful to him for that. But, he weird about food and not wasting it or if I get too much salad in his mind he always says something or actually "always says something" Arrrrrrrrgh! I'm sure the Universe has a lesson for me if I could just stop and see if I can see it.
Anyway, we went to the WFM. Oh gosh I love that store. THey have sooooooooooooo much Raw stuff and lots and lots of goodies. :) Hehehe! I got Kale, Nutritional yeast, cashews, 2 rightiously raw chocolate bars, tea tree oil, and some other herbs and veggies like radishes which I found out help you detox and give you vit. C, sulfur and silicon; and are a good mucus buster. Wow! I read that in Eating for Beauty while waiting for Charlie. So, I'm gonna make "Chessy Curly Kale Chips" Yum! :) The salad bar had sprouted Chick Peas! Wow! Like I said Loads of Rawlicious Stuff! Incredible!
So, here's my Food and I hope I'm done for today at 8:15pm. I last ate 1/2 hour ago.
* 16 oz Lemon/Cayenne Water
* 1/2 handful of Pumpkin Seeds
* Venti Green Tea
* Salad from WFM: Spinach, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Peas, Sprouted Chick Peas, Radishes, Celery, Carrots, Raw Beets, Raw Sunflower seeds, Raisens, Vegan Bacon, Vinegerette.
Ate 1/2 of it.
* Short Soy Mocha
* Gone Nuts - Chipote Pistachios. I ate the whole thing..........Don't feel alone Knitster ;) I ate 1/2 and then later ate the other 1/2 - Lordy!
* 24 oz Lemon Water
* Small apple....tiny actually
* Couple bites of Rawlicious bar
* Then another tiny apple
* Then a Grapefruit
* Then Raisens 1/2 handful
What the Heck?!?
I'm drinking some chamomile tea w/lemon.
I'm working on drinking more water and water with lemon.
