I was kind of worried about today. Mondays are long days for us, we leave the house at 9:30 am and aren't back home until 3:30 pm.
I didn't have any foods premade, so I just packed some leftover spinach dip, dried spicy sunflower seeds, prunes and crackers.
And it was really good and satisfying, when we ate it for lunch in the park! Well, my kids are fine regardless, since they are used to eating raw, but for me, not necessarily. But I was happy with it, and was able to go on for the rest of the afternoon. But then again, we weren't around sad foods really, but still it was a good day out.
And when we got home, my online order of dates had arrived. All 15 lbs. of Halawi dates! They are sooo good! 
Breakfast:

Lunch:
crackers and spinach dip
prunes and a few spicy sunflower seeds
Snack:
apple
dates
Dinner:
marinated green beans dipped in parma
2 oranges
kale chips (olive oil coated) worth half bunch
