Sunny Monday.

The sun is out here and there today - it always looks so pretty dancing off the snow. Over the past few days snow is melting and it has been a little warmer during the day (like in the 20 degree range), I can't wait until spring is here and all the little bulbs poke their heads out and greet the world.

I am still taking the HUMAWORM and had less of a tummy ache last night after eating. I also feel less itchy, now if only my energy would return back to normal. I think it has been 4 days since I started so another 26 days left. Their plan is pretty easy to follow, you do not have to do any special diet, I do sometimes forget though to take it 30 minutes before my dinner and then have to wait to eat....other than that it is pretty easy. I have not seen any critters trying to make an escape (I guess you can not really see the die off unless you are doing enema's which I am not really inclined to do at this point).

Breakfast today:

Chia seeds soaked in banana water then sprinkled with cinnamon and a few raisins tossed in made a nice ceral type breakfast.

I should try and go to the store today and pick up some more kale - I made kale chips yesterday that were so good I kept eating more and more when I opened the dehydrator to check on them. I did notice that the curly green kale takes longer to get crispy vs lacinato kale but both are so yummy.

glad you're feeling a little better. I have never tried anything like that so I'm curious to hear how it continues going.

Homemade kale chips are the best. Hard to pick which is best, it's whatever I'm having at the time. The only problem is how they much they get stuck in my teeth.

I saw signs of Spring today! It can't be far off for you either.
