Munching or Grazing.......not sure!

Rate this Entry
I just don't even know how much I ate today. I was just a munching along while I was making a Cabbage Salad and a Green Salad in Big Containers so, i can just grab and eat a salad whenever I need/want too. The last 2 morning I woke up feeling slightly sick in my tummy and it's been so freezing that I haven't worked out for the last 4 days. Uh-Oh!

So, I got up and had lemon water and tea.

So, I ate:

1 Banana
Handful of Almonds
1 Grapefruit

When I was cutting up veggies I started snacking on celery....probably ate about

4-6 stalks
4 baby carrots

A few bites of:
Green cabbage (gosh it's sweet)
Red cabbage
Red Lettuce
Califlower
Broccoli
Radish

I cant' remember if I ate any other veggies while cutting them up but, I think that's it. Not even an equivilant of a small salad.

Then I ate:

6 pieces of dried mango.
Handful of Mixed Nuts.
2 apples.

Last and hopefully last.........

1 Vegan Oatmeal Cookie

Can anyone be an objective critic on my food if that seemed like alot? Because, it feels like alot but, I"m thinking maybe it's not?

Dunno!

I can! Probably feels like more food than it is because it is a lot of fiber. Your doing fine. Hope you feel that way! No side effects from the cookie?
You know your a raw vegan when cabbage tastes sweet!

I don't think that what you ate is alot. My neices were looking at me weird last night because I hate a super huge salad (half a cucumber, 1 large tomato, 1 huge romaine heart, 4 leaves of Lacinato Kale and 2 leaves of red kale, half a bunch of dandelion greens and half a head of boston red leaf lettuce) . That was only my dinner.

**I added the dendelion greens to their salad too and when they asked what it was I told them must be something in the baby spring mix - they ate it and said it was good. YEAH score one for auntie Melissa!

My view on your day is this:

    Very good!
