Day 17 GS Feast'g

Rate this Entry
Okay so I've finally..finally documented my story! It's only been 2 weeks really, but I keep noticing such amazing things happening to my body, my spirit, my mind, my energy, etc., that I felt if I didn't get them down somewhere it wouldn't be a benefit later on down the road. I really want other to be able to draw from my experience also.

It's gotten to the point where my attempts to eat COOKED foods leave me with a terrible stomach ache. Yesterdays' attempt at tempeh with lemongrass & ginger not only didn't taste good, it felt like lead in my tummy afterward. *auuugh*

So today on the board/forum I notice there's a few members undergoing a GS Feast still allowing themselves one meal of raw foods, but predominately embarking upon GS's to be the staple in the diet. I'm like "Whoa, I'll sign up, since I'm pretty much doing it as it is now!" :)

Am even more excited as I've gotten Victoria's book "Green For Life" in the mail yesterday! Wow! I love the information that the universe is bringing into my path. How beautifully timed is that? :)

Today has already consisted of:
6:15am *20oz of juiced: grapefruit, lemon, cranberry, & cayenne pepper (thank the man who posted this as a fat melter!) :)
7:30am *20oz GS: banana, apple, carrot, celery, coconut oil, spinach/mixed greens
10:00am *20oz GS (leftover from above)

Am feeling hungry, it's almost noon so am going to indulge in a spinach salad with an avocado. Yummah!

I teach tonight so have another 20oz of a different GS that I made to consume before class: carrot, celery, spinach, broccoli, mixed greens, coconut oil, yellow pepper.
