My journey to towards a healthy and slim life

OK Starting a Green Smoothie Fast

Rate this Entry
I am trying this again, I cleaned out my office this morning, dumped the large jars of Salted and Roasted Cashews, Pistachios, Swedish Fish and Sour Patch Candy. Yep I am a junk food junkie.

My starting Weight this morning was 178.6

I did a SW Flush this morning around 8:15 am, Boy did it work

After releasing over and over again I made a 24 oz. Smoothie of mixed greens Frozen Strawberries and Frozen Mangos. I added a full teaspoon of Powdered Kelp, Ginseng Root, Spirulina and a squirt of Raw Agave.

I am now having my second smoothie with strawberries, mangos, mixed greens and large squirt of Aloe Vera Juice , Liquid Chlorophyll and a large teaspoon of Dr. Ben Kim's Greens (Organic Powdered Greens)

**They were both absolutely delicious.

I have always drink around a gallon of pure water everyday.

We shall see

You're so inspiring. I wish I was an equally excellent smoothie chef (my smoothies suck, strangely enough).

    Thanks everyone.

Sygma, I make mine really sweet I use coconut water and sweet frozen fruit then all of those dried supplements. I also blend mine really well so that I can drink it through a straw. What type of smoothies are you trying to make. I know some members make a savory smoothie, that would never work for me, mine have to be cold and sweet for me to drink them.

    Hope this helps.

I was making smoothies under the basic two fruits, two huge handfuls of greens. BLEH! Sometimes they were well blended but other times I was CHEWING my smoothie (I was even using a vitamix). I might try your combination....I like sweet smoothies. Thanks for the info!

I don't use a whole bunch of fresh greens in mine as I am also adding Spirulina, Liquid Chlorophll, Powdered Kelp and Ginsengroot. So I am getting all of my nutrients.

nice one Sj Your strawberry/mago combination sounds delish!
Do the green powder add a "green" taste to the smoothies?
    or are they tasteless.
