Good Second Morning Raw! :D

Good Morning Raw Buddies!

I made it through the day and night 100% raw! Whoop, whoop!

I'm so excited to be going in the right direction with my weight again. I stood in dance class last night...trying not to be uncomfortable with the skinny ballerina next to me. Being into dance is a sure fire way to motivate any overweight person. Seeing yourself bouncing...jiggling and not really capable of some of the moves because of your mid-section's current excess...agh. I'm motivated!

I'm going to make some raw bread today & try to find the recipe I saw on here for kale chips! Outside of that, the food I eat today will look a lot like yesterday.

Once I get the bread done, I was thinking dinner might be Ani Phyos veggie burgers, with rawvolution's zucchini hummus and veggies.

See...this is how I know it will stick this time...I'm actually excited for my options.
Giant, great big, raw (((HUGS))) ya'll!

What kind of dance class do you go to? I love dance classes...unfortunately too broke to go right now. I'll live vicariously through you :)
I love kale chips - rawknister recently posted two recipes that you should be able to find.

Your plan sounds great! Congrats on the 100% raw day too...that is awesome. I am pretty new with the dehydrator and made kale chips that turned out pretty good - other creations have not been so fortunate lol but I am learning.

The first batch I made I took one bunch of kale and made it into bite size pieces, added some olive oil, little bit of sea salt and some dried garlic powder. I have also done them with some Mrs. Dash and olive oil and those were tasty too.
