Day 10 Getting there slowly

Well I am Day 10 now. Today I am doing my weekly (I just started last week) 1 day water fast. I am going to try and drink a gallon of water today. Last week I only drank 3/4 gallon of water and I felt a bit dehydrated the next day. I am also going to try and slowly transition back to solids tomorrow (based on a really good comment I got). Last week I went right back to solids the day after my water fast and my intestines/stomach hurt a bit.

Other then that things are going well. I am still finishing off some cashews that I thought were raw. So, I am not 100% raw yet. Last night I was running late and had to volunteer. I didn't have a chance to eat dinner, so I picked up some salsa from a Mexican restaurant. The ingredients looked pretty raw, but I am sure they added non-raw salt and maybe non-raw vinegar. I decided not to worry it and just get through the day. I was glad that I didn't get all freaked out about it. I figure I will do the best that I can and if I get some non-raw stuff into my system every now and then - so be it. I am not sure if doing that prevents my body from detoxing and getting to the superior health that going 100% is supposed to. I just have to think that all the raw food gurus had to "cheat" and have a few non-raw ingredients in what they were eating. Oh well, I will always strive to be better, but I am sure I will have a few mishaps along the way.
