I am feeling really great! no symptoms of detox at all... well weird dreams last night & when I woke up this morning, my mind felt light & clear, but my body felt heavy & stiff. so I took my dogs for a walk & that felt great, the heaviness is gone & I just feel so peaceful! and clear & free! this is going great! I am finding it so much easier to meditate on a fast than normal. I am glad that I spent my first day fasting at a retreat- b/c I was unable to cave in, but I am glad that I am home now, b/c there is no place like home (plus that place gave me the creaps at night time wicked bad- so bad I ended up leaving at 10p b/c there was no way I was going to be able to sleep there, so I went home to hubby). I think it was creapy b/c it was a huge old renovated barn in the woods & I was completely alone...). Oh well- it was a great experience! Peace & love to all!

    glad to hear the fasting is feeling good! How many days are you doing? that's nice that the retreat was close enough that you could just go home. I agree, that sounds much nicer :)
