Day 1 100% Raw....AGAIN!!!

Well... Today I feel like committing even more to the Raw Food Diet, so I have decided to make a fresh start today and commit to 30 days 100% RAW!!!! I have been about 85-90% Raw since Feb 21st, but I feel like I'm ready to commit to 100% today! That means NO nibbling on cooked food, and NO snacks that are not RAW. I have had absolutely no problems with staying RAW till dinner, but that last meal is hard for me. So, to prepare myself for the "battle" today, I'm going to marinate a portabella and make a salid so that I won't have to think about what I'm eating for dinner, I'll just go grab it. I'm also making some more flax crackers and raw corn chips in the dehydrator to snack on. I'll make the walnut pate for lunch and have that as a sandwich using 2 Romaine leaves with sprouts and tomato (YUMMY!!!)

I'm gonna take Alissa's advise and make a lot of RAW food and start over. I have lost a solid 15 pounds, which I'm proud of! And, I feel really good today, so it's a good day to move on and turn up the volume on my new way of eating! Also, this month I'm thrilled to say that I have had NO menstral cramps at all!!!! That's a BIG one for me! And, my hair and nails are growing! I'm really looking forward to more changes in the coming month! Stay tuned!!!
