Food Thoughts for Wednesday
Good Morning Ya'll! :)
I didn't stick to the dinner plan yesterday, but everything else I did! I feel very good about it too.
Today, I'm not setting any goals. I'm simply eating and hoping for the best. Breakfast: one banana, orange and a bunch of red grapes.
Lunch: romaine lettuce leaves stuffed with red and green peppers, mushrooms, salsa and just a couple pinches of shredded cheese and two tsp of sour cream
2 chocolate rice cakes
Dinner: raw pancakes:)
Late Night: small salad with a sprinkle of cheese
celery sticks & carrot chips with dip
I brought out all my raw food uncookbooks this morning. Just to give them a once over. I'm not sure exactly what I'm hoping to achieve from this exercise, but I thought it might remind me of something yummy I loved back in 2006 when I went raw in the first place. Perhaps a few key meals that would be more substantial and heavy for an evening meal. That's it, just trying to inspire myself a little.
Today has gone great! Tomorrow I start 100% raw for the new year.
