Last day of '08 -- Glad for this year to be over.

Started with losing my brother in Jan and ended with losing my sister in Dec. In the autumn I was diagnosed with Stage One breast cancer, which brought me to raw food.

Attended Living Foods Insitute in Atlanta. Was raw for a while and felt so good. Had more energy, lost weight. Learned a lot but when I found Alissa Cohen on the web I beleived I could actually stay on raw foods.

When my sister died, went really 'unraw' and can't wait to get that stuff out of my system.

Taking the raw food challenge for the month of January. Lucky for me, my sister is also.

    Good luck in 2009! Sounds like 2008 was a rough year, sorry about your losses, that sounds like a lot to deal with in a year's time.
