Tuesday...and more

This morning I reread yesterday's goals and realized, I didn't quite make them all. I tried. It was just one of those stressful days that last 14 hours, no breaks and simple raw just didn't cut it. I did eat a raw breakfast, followed by a scone. oops.
A whole plate of raw veggies with dip...and a grilled sandwich.
Dinner was homemade stew and fresh Italian bread.

Not what I planned for, but better than usual. I didn't do the arm exercises because I took our girls for a half an hour walk instead. So...I did have some raw and I did exercise. I made it through the day, hoping for better the next.

Today has started much better. :)
Breakfast: one banana, one orange and a bunch of red grapes
Lunch: raw mixed veggies with dip
Dinner: romaine lettuce salad
more mixed veggies and dip
red grapes and raisins

Now today, I have such a better shot of things going as planned. My children have already eaten, my hubby just headed out to McDonald's and I was able to sit here and care for myself.
Dinner is already made for all of them, from leftover stew.
I'm going to do those free weight arm exercises right now...so, I know they will get done.

It's a journey...I will keep pressing on.

    I think you are doing just fine, some raw is better than none IMO.


    Funny for me I find myself having my best raw days when I don't really think about it. When I set strict goals sometimes I fall short of them.

    This is so true! I keep setting goals and not quite reaching them, but still doing so much better than I was doing...so I'm still encouraged!
