I've had a chance to go grocery shopping yesterday and bring in some more raw.
Breakfast today will be and orange and a banana again. Yummmm.
Lunch will be a mixed veggie platter with dip. Carrots, celery, red and green peppers.
Dinner a lovely romaine lettuce salad with red grapes.
I have raisins for a late night snack. I have a whole day raw planned. Let's see how it looks before bed tonight. ;)
Raw Rawks, I just have to remember that every day!
I'm going to do some upper body exercises with free weights today to help get things moving and raise my mood!:)
I know WHAT to do, now I just need to follow the plan. This is going to be a great raw day!
