I've been in a rut lately, eating the same foods over and over.. I actually ate quite a few dates today and found several recipes with them in it to make. :) I am happy today. Had a great Christmas. I didn't worry about the food just the company was great. I have a new man friend who got me a nice sweater for Christmas too. I got him some novelty candy set ( I know it's not raw ) but he is a SAD eater who I'm going to try and convert. I have actually spread the RAW word out to many of his friends as well & they have received it with interest. I think it's the way you tell people that you 've lost 80lbs or so on the raw diet and they LISTEN. Do not force people to change but show them that you are ALIVE and healthy with your food you eat is the way to do that.
Everyone should have a good time during holidays like I have..
I have been stressing over the relationship with the new man, college, money and other things... Trying to relax so I don't worry myself to death over those things!
I've seen a recipe for cranberries/dates.. Dates in marinara sauce, dates in almond milk which I can make.
I will look forward to eating those soon b/c have to get out of the same foods rut I'm in.
