I am starting over again. This is not a defeat. It is a reality check and a fresh start because I got waaaaaay of track and want to start over.
Just got a letter in the mail from my naturopath that confirms a mild/beginning diabetes diagnosis I suspected. It explains the cravings for sweets and simple carbs. instead of being discouraged, I am going to make this re-motivate me.
Tomorrow I start again---when I eat the green leafy veggies or blend and drink them, i don't crave that stuff. Green drink, here I come!
