4th SET OF SMOOTHIES FROM THE 70 SMOOTHIES LIST!

Rate this Entry
Hi RAWbies!!!

Today I decided to do Smoothie #7 and Smoothie #9 from the 70 SMOOTHIES LIST due to the ingredients I have on hand in my kitchen. I can't get to the store until tomorrow, so I won't be able to do them in order the way I wanted to...

Anywho, I liked #9 better than #7...probably because I used Spinach in #9 and Red Leafy Greens in #7...

I definitely like Spinach in my Smoothies! My kids DEVOURED #9!!!! ...And, asked for MORE!!!! :)

I was thinking about what a long way I've come from my first smoothie: Almond Milk, Banana & Strawberry!!! What a world of SMOOTHIES there is!!!

I weighed in today at 195... I'm excited to see that go bye-bye forever!!! I'm hoping at the end of these 35 days I'll be at least 175. I'm gonna stick to my 2 Smoothies a day and eat RAW for the rest. My problem is snacks...chips and chocolate!!! I've got to work on that!!! I've got to search the list to see if there is a Chocolate Smoothie on it...we'll see!!!

I love almond milk, banana, and strawberry smoothies....with spirulina for the green part. Even better, sub pineapple for the banana.
Love spinach in the GS. My current fave is an orange, spinach, and a frozen banana. Have to keep switching things up to keep it interesting. I'm going to check out that list. That's so great about your kids drinking a green smoothie and loving it!
