So I recently bought a bunch of raw "cooking" essentials because my mom bought me a dehydrator for my birthday and I just HAD to have more. I'm like a raw foods fiend! Thanks mom, for MAKing me want to spend all my hard earned money . . .

Anyways, so I bought all the stuff (vita-mix, champion juicer, citrus juicer, spiralizer, and much more . . . ) but because it was over the amount I was allowed to charge on a card at one time they declined my order and now I have to send a check and it's going to take a really long time . . .

I'm bummed now. But no worries. I don't take this raw food thing too too seriously. I'm just trying my best at this point and learning as I go. Hopefully I'll have it all by Christmas because I'm bringing a couple of raw dishes to Christmas dinner. Ymmm.
