starting weight 264lbs
today 253lbs ( -11lbs)
Today I ate-
(nut crust, cut up fruit & coconut cashew cream)
1 red bell pepper
1 zuchinni (sp?)
1/2c sunflower seed/ almond pate
1 hard boiled egg
8oz coconut water
lg mixed green salad
more pie (no 'cream' on top)
lots of walnuts
(I want more)
I'm trying not to eat right now. It's almost 11pm! I'm going to make some tea:) But those yummy walnuts from the farmers market keep calling me!!!
I've been so damn moody! I get all irritated at nothing! Then for part of the day I feel great!
So I'm still drinking coffee or black tea everyday. I just...like it!
I made some more corn 'crackers', I LOVE them and they're easy to make (from Elaina Loves book). We had them the other night with fresh salsa and guac & it was so good!
My husband has lost 10lbs. He's eating about 50% raw, he had trouble at work. I do make him a lunch almost every day, but he works at Trader Joes, so yeah, yummy holiday crap that they get to try for free. It's hard. When I worked there I gained a lot! But he's staying away from the sweets (and has been veggie for like 20 years), but on the days I don't pack him a lunch he gets salad and tofu & he brings a bag of nuts or raw trail mix to work with him every day. Like me he also has brown rice or an egg sometimes. So his starting weight was 190lbs, now he's 180, and I think his goal is 165:) He's rad.
