Day 19 Raw, and day 4 of 30 day challenge-
I'm going to try and weigh myself every Sunday instead of every day...
This is what I ate today-
8oz apple, cucumber, mint juice
8oz green juice
Smoothie- almond milk, cashew butter, banana, blackberry, agave
1 hard boiled egg
1sm. raw choc. haystack
Lg mixed greens salad W/veggies
tahini style dressing
2 corn crackers
choc. pudding (raw: avo, cocoa, agave)
I'm having trouble in the middle of the day, I need to get better organized. I can't always make myself lunch, just depends if my 6mo is napping or not. I tend to eat less in the morning and grab easy stuff at lunch (instead of making a salad) and eat heavy at night. I'm working on a weekly meal plan and that should help. I was also babysitting a 2yo all morning, so my time in the kitchen was very limited. I'm going to have some tea now because I'm freezin'.
