I joined the 30 day raw challenge. I think I could really use the support. I don't know anyone in person who eats raw. I really want to keep this up and fine tune it. I think I should write up a basic meal plan and starting next month I have to make it fit into our budget. At this point I'm just focusing on eating raw, not so much on quanity and cost. I think I can make it work & especially in the summer. We have a large garden and fruit trees. Several of our trees are hitting the 3y mark, so they should start producing:) This will save a ton, by drying and freezing for the year.
I went on a 30min walk today and will stretch before bed... a habbit I've been doing for the past week and I love it.
Today I ate-
8oz green juice (celery, cucumber, apple, cilantro)
sprouted buckwheat cereal
almond mylk
1 banana
8oz same green juice
1/2c lemon dill saurkraut
veggie sticks (carrot, bellpepper, celery)
tahini sauce
dates
walnuts
lg. green salad
tahini
1/2 avocado
'real toast'
almond butter
cranberry 'jam'
2 raw coconut hatstacks
LOTS of walnuts (I binged on them)
tea
