Well, I stepped on the scale this morning (even though I decided to check my weight on Sundays) and I have gained 2 pounds. It depressed me, but it also made me want to work that much harder to re-shed them. When you see it happening (gaining them back) and you know how hard you worked to accomplish losing the weight, you become determined to never go back to where you were.
I have been a bit lazy about exercise, but I will not be from here on out. I will do some form of exercise everyday. Even if it is for only 10 minutes.
