Help I'm not losing weight
I've been eating 100% raw for three weeks now and I've only lost 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. I have heaps to lose and it's really discouraging to know I'm losing it real slowly. I'm exercising 5 days a week, the only thing I can think of is that perhaps I'm having too many nuts but I'm not sure how many I should have. A couple of times I have made the raw fudge with nuts in it and had that for a snack. How many nuts should I be having a day, I'm a bit nut crazy and just love to snack on a small handful of nights a day. I LOVE this way of eating but I also really want to slim down.
