MC day 1!

Rate this Entry
So ... it's 6:34pm on my first day on MC. It started off pretty ruff with the salt water flush or whatever it called. I used celtic sea salt. not sure if i'm suppost to do that.... but it worked. It taste like chicken soup without the chicken. Then a few mins later .. after my tummy ache way gone i drank some lemonade. Not bad actually. I have been afride that my cravings would take over so i locked my self in my room and watched Dead Like Me until now and the only reason why i'm out now is because i have to work at 7. But i'm ok. not bad at all. 19 more days to go. Oh and BTW the salt water "flush" is GROSSS! I dont think i did the tea right last night because it didnt work. mabye i should make it darker.
I've made a big descision to not weigh myself because i said i was doing this for my health not weight.. so i'm gonna TRY to not weigh myself.

Ok gotta go to work! sorry if anything is spelled wrong

sounds like you're doin great! I'm in the middle of the MC as well. . . So i wish you all the best. From what I've read Celtic sea salt is preferred for this cleanse. I'm personally doin it with himalayan salt just cause I'm over stocked on it right now.

i found that the first few days i was doin the tea it didn't seem to anything but give me cramps 6 hours after taking it. But within the past two or three mornings its actually helped a lot with my movements and the cramps have ceased. So maybe if you stick with it for a bit your body with adjust accordingly. well good luck with everything! remember how much you're body is loving you for doin this!!!! :)
