Doing Raw for 30 Days
I just wanted to let anyone who cares to read that going raw for 15 days now has shrunk my waist 2 inches, my chest 1.5 inches (hope that's back flab...), my hips 1 inch and my thighs 1/2 inch.
I've been trying to walk a certain number of steps everyday.
That's it.
So, I am liking the raw, it's not too tough, and hubby likes my crackers and keeps asking for more.
