hiya, not really one to write an online diary/blog but i figure it could help. maybe.!!!
over the past few years i have done lots of different diets. you name it i done it (almost!) atkins, blood group, low fat, low calorie.
no sucess.
however the one time i did have a bit of luck was early 2006 not long after i had my baby boy, i went vegan cut out white flour/bread/ pasta/ sugar. drank lots of banana smoothies with soye milk and i felt amazing and started losing weight, but i got complacent and thought one big fat cheesy dominos wouldn't hurt.........it did......i think junk food for me is an addiction (it was easier for me to quit smoking!!) the more i have the more i want. i think about food all the time, even if i wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, i think what sweet things are in the fridge???!!! crazy!!!!
i feel very ready to take this stepand go raw vegan as i'm sick of feeling so ill all the time. i feel clogged up inside and i'm overweight which really affects my confidence.
i only need to lose 28-34lbs (2 stone).
at 5"2 i weigh 147lbs (10 and half stone) thats if my scales are correct!!!

so today iv'e eaten nothing but raw vegetables and fruit. have had 2 cups of black coffee though. need to wean myself off.

lets see how this goes.....

    Welcome! This is a great place to get support - it has been a huge help to me over the past six months. I definitely can relate to the addiction - staying raw really helps change your mindset towards food. Hope you have a great first day :)
