Having so much fun and feeling so good

I sit here at the computer (or in any chair) and am more comfortable. The weight loss around my midsection has been very quick. First the remaining bloating went away, that was nice too, but as the fat has melted off, my comfort has sky rocketed. How joyful to bend and move with greater ease! This after only seven complete days of 100% raw.

Prior to going 100% I had been having daily green drinks and increasing the amount of raw each day. The green drinks helped with cravings, and as many of you have experienced yourselves, the more raw I ate, the more of it I craved and the less appealing cooked food became.

I was feeling better with those changes, but WOW! The difference between eating a lot of raw and 100% raw - immense!

The first thing that really stood out was my eyes. They became clear, sparkly. How fun. My face looked healthier too, even though I couldn't really pinpoint any weight loss there.

Yesterday's food: I always start my day with at least 2 cups of alkaline water. After that came a green drink smoothie. Lunch was veggies with a garbanzo bean dip. Dinner was Gorilla Burgers from Fresh. Had an apple in there somewhere and half a cucumber.

From day one of 100% raw I have not needed as much food. I've read that for some people they need a lot of food the first week or two. Perhaps I didn't because of all the raw I'd been incorporating prior to 100%. The only early cravings I had were for cucumbers. Just typing that my mouth salivated. I see a cucumber in my near future.

I've completed 7 days 100% raw, and I'm down 6.6 pounds. I feel great physically and emotionally.

    Great Rhea! I'm going to try the gorilla burger. I've lost 7 lbs in two months, but I hadn't gone all the way raw until this week, staying raw until dinner.

    I'm glad that it is worth it to go all the way !
