Losing Weight and Feelin' GREAT!!!
Guess what?* I'm down from 205lbs to 182lbs today!!!* :) And, I feel great!!!
Working out with MORN is helping tremendously!!! I can tell that exercising is really helping me to stay on track. And, she's so encouraging on the exercise thread...hop on over there and join us!!!!
I wish that I could say that I was exactly 100%, but I'm working up to that and doing the best that I can with what I have.
I've been reading Greens for Life by Victoria Boutenko and I really see the importance of upping my Greens intake...I'm gonna up my smoothies to twice a day starting tomorrow.
Anyway, had a lasagne and apples today! YUM!!!
