Eating Habits Looking Pretty Good!

Today my hubby and I went to MO days-big 3 day festival. I realized that my eating habits are just pretty good. If you are lurking in the blogs and beating yourself up for eating cooked. Don't. TRUST ME! Even 50% raw is way near nutritious than the average diet. OMGOSH! I nearly got sick. Giant roasted turkey legs w/spirally fries smothered in cheese. I watched these morbidly obese people devour these turkey legs. So I discovered my eating habits are pretty healthy. Good for me.
I am trying to find my way back to 100%. I just don't like cooked. It doesn't feel good in my system. Some gas. It seems to just go through my colon in neutral. I don't like that. I've been soooo depressed these last 4-5 days and I'm having a hard time staying on top of raw. I know I've got a fatty acid deficiency-nothing in my past diet would suggest I don't-raised on meat, potatoes, bread, cooked veggies, sugar-no greens, seeds, nuts, -still eating lots of avocadoes, crave walnuts-my brain needs FOOD!-out of hormone tablets and I've been nuts! My hair is coming out in clumps-AAAGGGHHH! I have these nutsy spells where I just zone out. I think the chemicals are unbalanced.
I've been writing down raw food recipes and putting them in a book to fix later. apple cobbler(looks simple), OOH! coleslaw(luuuuve p. cabbage) couldn't stand regular coleslaw-luv the raw, those cheesy bread sticks, almond milk(gonna give it a whirl)-got them from the recipe section here.
I've got to SCOUR! my kitchen(paint, curtains, clean out)Need a new blender-mine is covered w/green smoothie. Gonna blow the dust off my dehydrator. Do they use that much electricity? My power bill soared when I used it. Please tell me NO! My hubby kind of fusses. May just look for quick drying recipes or I just may load it full and dry many recipes. I've got to make a trip to the nut store-out of walnuts-been craving them. Headed to the grocery store for some avo's- craving them. Do they freeze? If this economy tanks- I need some avocadoes. May stockpile them if necessary. Have a good raw day!!!!!

    Even in my junkiest days, those turkey legs grossed me out! I never tasted one....About your dehydrator, it's important, so why not try to cut back somewhere else? Dimmer lightbulbs in less-used rooms, close some heating vents, etc. Good luck with all your cleaning. Wanna come to my house next? ;)

    OMG! I've got a month's worth of house cleaning to do. I have two households crammed into one.
