Lunch:
-2 Corn Tortillas with guacamole, salsa roja, lettuce, tomoto, pico de gallo
-1 cup french onion soup
Snack
-Raw Cookies
-1 Banana
-1 apple
Dinner
-1 huge bowl piña
-Beef and broccoli
-1 huge organic salad
-.5 cup French onion soup
-.5 cup sweet potato soup
Rough and tough day! Had a great workout though-- I did upper body.
