Today was fine.. only 1 slipup!
Today I ate:
-Granola with goji berries, goldenberries and mulberries + almond milk
1/2 Turkey/ Cheese Wrap
-Green Smoothie (same recipe as yesterday!)
-Guacamole with Organic Ingredients: Avocado, Tomatoes, Red Cabbage, Hot Pepper, Basil, Cilantro.
Meditation: Remember why you went RAW, why you are RAW. Remember. Meditate on this to help you have a great RAW day tomorrow!
