Busy day today!!!

Ate only fruit and a Salad w/ Marinated Portabella... I've been so busy I haven't been very hungry today...

I know I should have made a smoothie, but it's been a CRAZY day and I just couldn't get to it. I know that I did not eat NEARLY enough today...I can almost hear Alissa's voice when she says in her book how important it is to eat enough...Yes, I know...

Anyway, will do better tomorrow...Promise to eat more!!! I DID bike ride 2 and 1/2 MILES TODAY, THOUGH!!!
