The one & only grocery store here at the canyon has even less fresh produce then it did last week.

Now the fresh spinach is looking pathetic...I wouldn't really consider it "fresh", but its in the fresh produce section.

I don't have a dehydrator or sprouter-thingy, so I have noooooo idea how you guys do this raw food stuff in the Winter. Maybe it would be easier if I lived in a city that had a regular grocery store.

    I'm sure your area has many wonderful things, like one of the seven wonders of the world... but only one grocery store? Being from Seattle that is hard for me to comprehend. Would the grocery store do special orders for you?
