My first day raw.
Well here I am writing about my journey to a new me. I have been doing research since 2004 on fitness, food and the relationship between them both. I found out along time ago that mothers can look HOT with strenth training, and other fitness ( like yoga, etc.....) I always enjoyed yoga. I took a class that was offered iit to us by my massage therapy school back in 2001.
I wish I found out about this way of life back then. Better late then never, right? Right. I just answered my own question. hehe.... Well I'm here now. I would love the support for this way of life. The world around me eats cooked food. My husband wished that I would cook more, but I can't breath when anyone cooks ( my throat closes up ). So why do it. I'm so happy that I found this way of eating.
I just bought Alissa's book and read it in two days. I also found a raw cafe the next town over from me. Which is good for those days that I have nothing to eat, but it can be a bit pricie. Anyway can this way of eating be more on the cheap side?
