It's not even 8am and I am BUZZING!!!! My hubby told me that I look thinner today!!! I got up about 5am this morning and actually went for a bike ride around my block!!! I haven't done that in literally YEARS!!! I feel like a whole new person today!!!
I did wake up with a slight Migraine, but before going on my bike ride I sat in my masage chair and relaxed myself and it actually subsided a bit...I think I'm still gonna deal with it off and on for a while, but I'm DETERMINED to stay RAW!!! I know that this lifestyle is helping me to rid myself once and for all of these dreaded Migraines. I've read so many people who have cured themselves of things, so I can do it too! I haven't had anything to eat yet, but here's what I'm planning:
BKST: Breakfast Bar w/Fruit (I made them yesterday in my dehydrator and they are to LIVE for!!!)
SNACK: GREEN SMOOTHIE
LUNCH: Dixie Not Chicken Noodle Soup (RAWvolution Book)
SNACK: Not Tuna Pate w/Crackers or Carrots
DINNER: Marinated Mushrooms on a bed of Zucchini Pasta w/ veggies drizzled w/EVOO & garlic (yum!!!)
