Today I ate:
8 oz Celery Juice
1 fuji apple
baby carrot sticks
Salad with peppers, tomatoes and zucchini with Annie's honey mustard
1 package of brown rice crackers (brown rice, safflower oil, salt)
Tonight I pan to make a big 1/2 raw, 1/2 cooked gluten free, low-fat meal!
This is going well and its only getting easier as the weather gets nicer.
