Today I have successfully completed day 1! On the diet was a blend of nuts seeds and dried fruit muslix I made (14 cups worth! should last a bit eh?) for breakfast, an apple and a raw bar for snack, salad for lunch and another apple, some blackberries for snack, and for dinner I had a groovy nut burger dehydrated and wrapped in a swiss chard leaf and some broccoli cauliflower slaw with cashew mayonnaise. SO GOOD!
I am going to work at the cafe tomorrow...can I resist all the baked goodies? Is coffee raw? hmm...I can't give up my 1 coffee day a week...soooo...how bad am I? I'm also going to my girlfriends in Barrie this weekend...and I KNOW they are going to look at me like I have 3 heads when I bring out my dehydrated zucchini and sweet potato for snacks and only order a salad for dinner. But I will have a drink or two with her...so I guess I can only commit to 90%? How bad is that?
