Today I didn't go to my class. It was rainy outside, I was tired from not sleeping til late. Hope that I can get on a schedule for sleep. I keep waking up during the time I sleep to use the bathroom a lot. I'm wondering if it's got anything to do with eating a lot of salt, vinegar or what in my diet? It's a very annoying thing especially lately.
My friends have been making me angry lately and I've had to cut them off because of too much drama.
I think eating raw foods has helped me with my depression and anxiety because I haven't had too much of a problem with anxiety lately although I'm not very motivated to do what I need to do.
I haven't been doing school work lately. I need to do that or else I'm going to fail. I'm just not motivated and I need to get on the ball since this is the last year I have at college before I get my bachelor's degree.
