Nestle Crunch & Pizza

Ooh yeah! What a wonderful treat it was, making those nestle crunch bars! They are wonderful, and I didn't use any cocoa ..... carob powder and coconut butter is what I had at home. And they are delicious. I also made a variant: Fruit & nut chocolate bar. So good as well! Added some dried cherries and chopped almonds.

For supper we had a non planned pizza (picture at the bottom of post). I was preparing Juliano's pizza crust for our Austrian trip, (Dillan's favorite cracker), when I made a round crust with the last bit of dough. On top came Russel James' tomato sauce, marinated mushrooms, caramelized onions (Russel James), tomatoes, corn and red bell peppers. The consistency of the dough was like real pizza dough, since it had only been dehydrating for 5 hours. This was actually my first time since going raw in August, to have pizza.

I also had a green smoothie this afternoon .... I have been pretty good about my green smoothies. I fit them in almost every day.

Hopefully this will be my first 100% raw day again, since I first started slipping about a week ago. Unfortunately I have been doing late night snacking before bed time, on my stepsons snacks. :P

Maybe you should market that fruit and nut bar. I'd buy it!

I think there would be a problem shipping them in the summer, they'd get really soft, and probably loose their shape. It could be a winter only edition!

I showed my husband the pizza picture (because I thought it look yummy). He said:"Eww, there's worms on it!!"
