Making RAW goodies & staying RAW - day7
Day 7 - first Sunday of the RAW challenge. This is the day that I have lost my RAW in the past. It would start with a soy latte, then it'd be rice noodles in a fresh wrap, then it'd be muffins, cookies, or whatever...
But today, I'm holding strong! Yeah! I'm countering the SAD urges by making all kinds of RAW goodies today. Almond butter balls and watermelon are saving me as well!
S- smoothie, banana (kept me RAW while grocery shopping with a hyper toddler)
S- almond butter balls, watermelon
L- green salad, almond butter balls
D- don't know yet... I'm thinking cabbage wraps with hummus & veggies and probably more almond butter balls & watermelon. :) Or maybe I'll try some walnut fudge, fudge balls, or...?
