Today I ate:
Banana, pineapple, rasp smoothie
15 baby carrots
bunch of raisins
bunch on unsweetened banana chips
Its only 4:00 so I haven't eaten for the day yet. I plan on having steamed wild rice, raw broccoli, zucchini and carrots.
Also, I want to take my fiber pills that are part of a colon cleanse package I got and haven't started.
Also, I haven't had any green juice yet. So, before dinner, I'll make some celery and kale juice.
I feel a little sad. My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting separate places so its making things a little more challenging. I want to be relaxed on my diet and let myself make big improvements when I desire to. I don't want to stress myself out trying to be perfect. Give yourself a few weeks to become more raw or almost all raw, green juice daily and eat more balanced and less fruit. For now, just have fun eating dried fruit, lots of bananas and my favorite veggies like carrots and zucchini. If I need a little gluten-free, low-fat, vegan treat, I'll have one!
