feeling great on day two
im on my second day back to raw and i feel 50 times better. i eat whatever i want (so long as its raw and not too heavy on the calorie dense stuff) when i want. and my tummy digests it so easily. i feel great. my stomach hasnt felt this calm in months. :) no cramps, no tightness, no bloating.
my new favorite thing is a banana nut smoothie. basically it consists of a banana, a spoonful of almond butter, some almond or coconut milk, cinnamon, flaxseed and fresh ginger. soo yummy.
i also made raw ice cream today from coconut milk, banana, agave, and cinnamon. that was also delicious. its wonderful to eat ice cream and not feel like hell afterwards.
so today i ate:
a banana nut smoothie
a salad with raw honey mustard dressing i made (came out a little too vinegary for my tastes)
banana coconut milk ice cream
coconut oil fudge made w/ agave
im going to weigh myself friday morning and note any changes.
